Lawnch was established in 2017 because we saw an opportunity to help people incorporate and maintain their businesses more easily.
We’re a small team of like-minded people who believe legal advice should be accessible and uncomplicated. For the past five years, it’s been a no-brainer to support and welcome a diverse group of clients. For us, 𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙬𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙪𝙥 𝙖𝙨 𝙖𝙣 𝙇𝙂𝘽𝙏𝙌𝙄𝘼+ 𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 is an important part of our personal values and that extends to how we run our business.
Authenticity and uniqueness is often what sets us apart and helps us succeed— both as individuals and in our business ventures. When you hire our services, we want you to 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝙖𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙖𝙪𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙘 𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙛 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙛𝙚𝙚𝙡 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙖𝙨 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙚𝙙.

As we grow our company, we’re thinking of ways we can use our services to empower and support business owners and their communities. How we show up as an ally for LGBTQIA+ communities is part of that.
Right now that includes using gender-inclusive language and correct pronouns, speaking out against intolerance, listening, learning and always holding information in confidence (duh, we’re lawyers). We’d also like to help amplify LGBTQIA+ businesses and we’re excited to find ways to do that.
The DIY path to incorporation can be confusing and traditional law firms can be intimidating and pricey. 𝙒𝙚 𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙇𝙂𝘽𝙏𝙌𝙄𝘼+ 𝙗𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙤𝙬𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙢𝙖𝙮 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙖𝙙𝙙𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙝𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙨𝙚𝙚𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙡𝙚𝙜𝙖𝙡 𝙖𝙙𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙞𝙧 𝙗𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨.
We’re here to take those barriers away. 𝙒𝙚’𝙧𝙚 𝙤𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖 𝙨𝙖𝙛𝙚 𝙨𝙥𝙖𝙘𝙚 for any and all business owners to get professional, approachable advice and assistance.
Reminder: We’re now hosting open office hours every Tuesday and Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. [𝙁𝙧𝙚𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙣𝙚𝙬 𝙘𝙡𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨]
